Job summary

Show Technology Australia, based at its Sydney HQ in Silverwater, is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Administration Officer to join a motivated team. The role reports to the Finance Manager and requires handling all AR tasks, client accounts, credit checks, PPSR activities, and finance-side administration.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in AR or related roles, solid accounting knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in accounts receivable or related accounting role
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles including accounts payable
• Proficient computer skills, intermediate to advanced
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a team or independently and adapt
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with accounting software

Responsibilities

• Manage full Accounts Receivable function, including collections and reconciliations
• Maintain customer database and review credit applications
• Register PPS for new accounts and update PPSR Masterfile
• Process customer and internal account credits
• Monitor overdue payments and follow up for timely collection
• Produce and send monthly customer statements
• Prepare and manage finance contracts and transactions
• Generate aging reports and receivable status updates
