Job summary

Doutta Galla Aged Services is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable & Procurement Officer to support centralised procurement and AP functions. You will become the subject matter expert for procurement-to-payment processes and related systems, driving improvements across the organisation.

Collaborating with the property, facilities and operational teams, you will oversee supplier management, purchasing workflows and contract administration, ensuring timely processing and payment of invoices within

• Strong experience in Accounts Payable and Procurement.
• Knowledge of accounting controls, processes and procedures.
• Excellent data entry accuracy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage work orders in Urbanise.
• Coordinate procurement and supplier activities.
• Support invoice processing workflows.
• Maintain supplier records and contracts.
• Provide operational support for ARM, Urbanise and Epicor integrations.
• Ensure timely approval and payment of invoices.
• Respond to AP and procurement-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with controls and policies.
• Provide system training and guidance.
