Doutta Galla Aged Services is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable & Procurement Officer to lead procurement-to-payment activities and manage system integrations. You will work with the Property, Finance and Operations teams to streamline processes and ensure timely supplier payments.

The role involves coordinating with ARM, Urbanise and Epicor systems, maintaining supplier contracts, and supporting procurement workflows in a values-driven aged care environment in Melbourne.

Formación

• Strong experience in Accounts Payable and Procurement functions.
• Knowledge of accounting controls, processes and procedures.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Experience using ARM, Urbanise and/or Epicor systems.
• Eligibility to work in Aged Care in Australia.

Responsabilidades

• Property Administration Support: maintain maintenance requests and work orders in Urbanise.
• Accounts Payable Coordination: process invoices, approvals and PO receipting.
• Systems Support: provide training and fix system issues for ARM/Urbanise/Epicor.
