Job summary

Doutta Galla Aged Services is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable & Procurement Officer to lead procurement-to-payment workflows and property management system integration. You will coordinate suppliers, manage invoices, and support ARMs in a centralised function across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable and Procurement functions.
• Familiarity with procurement-to-payment workflows.
• Ability to manage supplier records and contracts.
• Experience using ARM, Urbanise and/or Epicor systems.
• Eligible to work in Australia in aged care sector.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage work orders; coordinate procurement and supplier activities.
• Support invoice processing; manage approvals and PO receipt.
• Coordinate Urbanise approvals with Property Team; integrate with Epicor.
• Provide system support for ARM/Urbanise interfaces; train staff as needed.
