Job summary

Rabobank Australia is seeking a Senior Analyst (Relationship MAC) to support Major Agribusiness Client Relationship Managers. You will oversee the end-to-end journey from client requests to settlement, coordinating complex lending processes, due diligence, and stakeholder communication across Armidale, Brisbane, Moree, Sydney, or Tamworth. A strong background in banking and agribusiness is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in banking, finance, or agriculture.
• Experience preparing complex lending or credit submissions.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of AML/CTF obligations, CDD requirements and KYC processes.
• Familiarity with rural and agribusiness sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to MAC Relationship Managers across all regions within Country Banking.
• Prepare and coordinate complex lending applications and documentation.
• Conduct comprehensive customer due diligence (CDD), AML/CTF risk assessments and KYC reviews.
• Coordinate settlement activities and liaise with internal and external stakeholders for timely execution.
• Monitor loan arrears and excesses, escalating issues as required.
• Mentor and coach Analysts and Associate Analysts, developing team capability.
• Build and maintain relationships across the Rabobank network.
• Accompany Relationship Managers on client and farm visits when required.
