• Coordinate settlement activities and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor loan arrears and excesses, escalating and managing issues as required.
• Promote best practice, operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilise workflow tools to effectively manage workloads, priorities and service standards.
• Mentor and coach Analysts and Associate Analysts, contributing to capability development within the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the broader Rabobank network.
• Accompany Relationship Managers on client and farm visits when required.

About the role:

This role could be performed out of Armidale, Brisbane, Moree, Sydney or Tamworth.

We have an opportunity for a Senior Analyst (Relationship MAC) to join the team, you will play a critical role in supporting Major Agribusiness Client Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
