Job summary

Ultimate Site Services is looking for an Operations Co-Ordinator/Senior Allocator to join the team in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on coordinating day-to-day operations, allocating staff and equipment, and maintaining safety and compliance across projects.

You will handle customer and project inquiries, manage staff levels, and support admin tasks while working with a supportive team in a busy field environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role.
• Current Australian Drivers Licence.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Excellent time management and decision-making.
• Hardworking with strong communication to directors and clients.
• Ability to perform safety documentation (SWMS, policies, forms).

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations and assist field staff.
• Receive inbound calls & emails from projects & clients.
• Allocate on-site workers & equipment daily per client/projects.
• Take orders & bookings from customers & our sales rep.
• Maintain staff levels & hire new staff when needed.
• Manage compliance paperwork for sites (inductions, onboarding, plant, SWMS, maintenance records).
• Assist admin & accounts with job dockets, staff hours, and day-to-day items.
