Linktal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead across multiple sites in the crane and heavy logistics sector. You will drive safety, productivity and service delivery while managing Operations Coordinators, Compliance teams and a large workforce.

This is a fast-paced, high-pressure leadership role requiring decisive, organized management of people, performance, and customer expectations, with a focus on operations excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Operations Coordinators, Compliance Coordinators and operational staff.
• Oversee crane movements, planning and execution to meet customer requirements safely.
• Coordinate crane, labour and transport resources to maximise utilisation and service delivery.
• Drive operational performance through KPIs and accountability.
• Make real-time decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Build strong client relationships and exceed service expectations.
