GE Aerospace is seeking an Airline Senior Field Service Engineer in Australia. You will operate on-site or embedded with customer sites, traveling as needed to support fleets and deliver exceptional service.

You will lead service programs, mentor field staff, and influence cross-functional teams to drive improvements, leveraging data analytics for proactive maintenance and fleet performance insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years aerospace experience.
• Minimum 5 years aerospace field service experience.
• Willingness to travel interstate and overseas.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones.
• Strong technical expertise in aircraft engine fleet management.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in data analytics to support technical decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site technical direction for jet engine product lines.
• Coach Field Service Engineers and collaborate with other departments.
• Guide policy and strategy to drive continuous service improvements.
• Provide prompt, effective solutions to customer issues and maintain loyalty.
• Track reliability and on-wing performance; advise on improvements.
• Support maintenance planning and long-term fleet stability.
• Interpret OEM manuals to support maintenance actions.
• Review maintenance actions for training opportunities.
• Produce fleet status reports for internal stakeholders.
• Recommend proactive maintenance based on engine analytics.
