Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of full-time experience in aerospace field service, airline operations, or related fields.
• Willingness to travel interstate and overseas, including occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical direction to customers and other FSEs in the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of jet engine product lines.
• Lead cross-functional coaching and mentoring of Field Service Engineers and collaboration with other departments.
• Guide policy, process and strategy to drive continuous improvements across the organization.
• Influence airline stakeholders to identify customer needs during decision making.
• Deliver prompt, effective solutions addressing customer issues and build loyalty.
• Track reliability, on-wing performance, and significant events to drive improvements.
