Job summary

Wesfarmers OneDigital is building Australia’s leading data and digital retail ecosystem, applying AI across loyalty, data, retail media and AI initiatives. The Senior Agentic Business Lead drives end-to-end AI adoption and partnership with business leaders to translate needs into technical solutions.

You’ll lead cross-functional work with Change Manager and AI Enablement Lead, maintain knowledge of AI tools, and document use cases to support scalable business outcomes across OneDigital.

Qualifications

• Experience bridging business and technology to enable AI adoption.
• Proven track record driving adoption of technology within business functions.
• Ability to build compelling business cases and manage procurement.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business function leaders to identify AI-enabled improvements.
• Identify transformation opportunities where AI tooling adds value.
• Evaluate, recommend, and procure AI solutions, including business cases.
• Collaborate with Senior AI Engineer for custom-built solutions when needed.
• Support adoption of AI tooling and embedding with Change Manager.
• Document AI use cases and contribute to playbooks and knowledge sharing.
• Track value realisation from AI initiatives for ongoing investment.
