Forever New in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - AI & Digital to shape how AI, automation and digital technology transform our retail business. You will partner across business and technology teams to turn challenges into practical solutions.

Lead discovery, define requirements, explore high-value AI opportunities, support governance and adoption while enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in senior business analysis or project delivery roles.
• Experience across AI, automation or digital initiatives.
• Experience with Excel, web analytics or BI tools.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and translate business challenges into clear requirements.
• Identify high-value AI, automation and digital opportunities.
• Define requirements for AI agents, Copilots and intelligent workflows.
• Partner with AI Centre of Excellence and external vendors.
• Drive governance, privacy, security and risk practices.
• Support digital and ecommerce initiatives to improve customer experience.
