Wesfarmers OneDigital is building Australia’s leading data and digital retail ecosystem, powered by AI. We’re expanding our AI Build Squad to deliver change management across AI adoption initiatives and engage stakeholders to drive adoption and training outcomes.

Join a fast-moving program and collaborate with Change Managers, L&D, and technology teams to translate strategy into on-ground actions, communications, and enablement activities that accelerate AI transformation.

Formación

• 2+ years in change management, communications, or a transformation role.
• Foundations in change management methods; familiarity with Prosci or ADKAR.
• Interest in AI and automation and their impact on work.
• Ability to own workstreams and engage stakeholders with initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and delivery of change management plans for AI adoption.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and CIA toolkit maintenance.
• Draft comms and engagement materials for AI adoption stories.
• Assist with role-based training and enablement activities.
• Track adoption metrics against KPIs.
