Qualifications

• 2+ years in change management, communications, or a transformation role.
• Foundations in change management methods; familiarity with Prosci or ADKAR.
• Interest in AI and automation and their impact on work.
• Ability to own workstreams and engage stakeholders with initiative.

We're expanding one of our most innovative teams and are looking for exceptional talent to join the AI Build Squad to help our divisions make the most of emerging technologies. This squad will help build cutting-edge AI solutions that reach millions of customers across Australia's leading retailers. You'll work at the forefront of emerging technologies, solve complex business challenges, and help accelerate our AI transformation journey.

Working closely with the Change Manager and the wider team, this role helps translate change strategy into practical, well-executed activity on the ground — from stakeholder analysis through to comms, training support and adoption reporting.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid change management foundation who wants to build their skills further in a fast-moving, high-visibility AI program, with the backing and coaching of an experienced team.

What you’ll do

• Support the development and delivery of change management plans for AI and automation adoption initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder and change impact analysis, and help maintain the Change Impact Assessment (CIA) toolkit.
• Draft and coordinate communication and engagement materials that bring AI adoption stories to life for different audiences.
• Assist in the design and delivery of role-based training and enablement activities.
• Track and report on adoption, engagement and training metrics against agreed KPIs.
• Build strong working relationships with divisional stakeholders, technology teams and L&D.
• Identify emerging risks or resistance to change and elevate or help address these with the team.
• Contribute ideas and fresh thinking to how the team approaches change across the program.

What you’ll need

• 2+ years of experience in change management, communications, or a related transformation role.
• A solid grounding in change management fundamentals, with exposure to frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• Genuine interest in AI and automation, and how it changes the way people work.
• Confidence to own your own workstreams and engage stakeholders directly, balanced with a genuine appetite to keep learning and developing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved beyond your immediate remit.
