ServiceNow seeks a Solution Architect to join our pre-sales AI specialists, partnering with customers to co-create AI-driven solutions and expand ServiceNow's footprint in Intelligent Automation and Generative AI. You will demonstrate AI-powered solutions, deliver PoCs, and collaborate with sales to accelerate opportunities.

Formación

• 10+ years in presales or consulting with direct customer engagement.
• 3+ years selling AI models, deep learning, and large language models, with a Generative AI focus.
• Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic understanding of business drivers behind AI and automation.
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and data stores; data transformation for AI.

Responsabilidades

• Drive excellence by fostering knowledge, engagement, and interactions with customers and in the field.
• Align direct opportunity engagement with ServiceNow's strategic and enterprise accounts.
• Address business and technical problems using AI products, considering regulations and security.
• Act as a speaker at marketing events and collaborate on sales assets for AI pipeline.
• Partner with sales to support, drive, and close AI opportunities and demos.
