Respondent Inc. is hiring a Senior Applied AI engineer in Sydney to own the AI Moderator end-to-end, from interview experience to synthesis pipeline. You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver production-ready features and multi-language support in a fast-growing startup.

You’ll join a small, high-ownership team across Sydney, Manila, and the US, with a focus on measurable impact and profitability as we scale our platform, panel, and team.

Formación

• Strong full stack foundations and ability to ship scalable services and APIs.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features in production with emphasis on prompt engineering and evaluation.
• Data-driven mindset with experience designing evaluation datasets or eval pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the AI Moderator to improve interview quality, multilingual support, and voice pipeline.
• Design and improve the synthesis pipeline turning raw interviews into reliable, interactive reports.
• Architect APIs and services for real-time conversation, media handling, and large interview data volumes.
