Job summary

Dreamerlabs is building a new category of interactive AI-powered entertainment. You’ll own model development end to end, from data to training, evaluation and deployment on our GPUs, and measure outcomes in real-time while addressing quality, latency and cost at scale.

We operate in North Sydney and work with a flat structure, founders and engineers from top tech firms. You’ll shape the product direction with ownership and strong technical execution.

Qualifications

• A technically complex product at real scale.
• Product judgement with user feedback to guide builds.
• End-to-end ownership from problem to shipped product.
• Rigour and pragmatism in decision-making to balance impact and cost.
• Clear communication of ideas, data, and results.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune chat models and evaluate new image/video models.
• Improve frontier models for cheaper, faster operation on GPUs.
• Assess real-time AI experiences and determine tech requirements.
• Build detection/labeling models over large message datasets.
