Dreamerlabs in North Sydney is seeking a data scientist to own data science for a product area, run experiments, log results, and translate insights into decisions that improve the product used by millions of users each month.

You will work with an AI-first team, building in-house models and deploying experiments across GPUs and data centers. The role requires curiosity about AI, strong communication, and practical, end-to-end ownership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own data science for a product area end-to-end.
• Set up logging, run experiments, and interpret results to guide what to build next.
• Measure outcomes and iterate to improve user impact.
• Explain changes in user behavior and identify influencing factors.
• Understand customer journeys through product analytics and logging.
