pay.com.au is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI to lead the AI product roadmap and deliver customer-facing AI features across Australia and the US. You will own the product side of AI, work with the Head of Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps, and ensure scalable, auditable AI rails across regions.

You will prototype, test, and learn, translating directional AI strategy into production features that drive net revenue uplift while collaborating with squads and stakeholders across fintech

Qualifications

• Senior PM with sound product judgement, prioritisation and stakeholder management.
• Experience shipping LLM features to real users in production, ideally in fintech.
• Hands-on with AI: build and test prototypes; write code where fastest path.
• Commercially minded and outcome-focused: size opportunities and measure uplift.
• Nice to have: fintech, payments or B2B/SMB SaaS experience (bill pay, payables, receivables, FX or rewards).

Responsabilités

• Shape the product AI roadmap: turn directional vision into first features; prioritise by revenue uplift.
• Put AI where it adds value and ensure deterministic, auditable rails.
• Own delivery for a squad: lead direction and delivery outcomes; scale AI features to production.
• Prototype, test and learn: prototype quickly, measure outcomes, decide to scale or stop.
• Define shared AI building blocks with Engineering and protect guardrails and access.
• Help other PMs and squads build customer-facing AI features on shared blocks.
