SustainRecruit is seeking a self-driven, AI-native engineer in Australia who can bridge product thinking, systems design, and operations. You will own end-to-end delivery from problem discovery to production, working directly with ops, sales, and product to ship impactful features.

You will write the spec and code, guiding AI to implement by default, and collaborate with a small growth-stage fintech team to move fast while maintaining quality and clarity in your decisions.

• Strong product instinct to translate stakeholder pain into technical solutions.
• End-to-end ownership from problem definition to production and iteration.
• Fundamental software craftsmanship: clean, maintainable code and solid design.

• Clear written communication of trade-offs to both founders and engineers.
