Forever New Clothing is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - AI & Digital to shape how AI, automation and digital tech transform our fashion business. You will partner with business and technology teams to translate challenges into practical solutions from discovery to delivery.

You will lead discovery, shape high-value AI opportunities, define AI requirements, and drive governance, ROI and adoption across digital and ecommerce initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in senior business analysis or project delivery
• Experience across AI, automation or digital initiatives
• Hands-on with AI tech like Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, AI agents, Power Platform or Copilot
• Strong discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ability to develop business cases and ROI
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, web analytics or BI tools
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management across business and tech groups
• Understanding of AI governance, privacy, security, risk and change management

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery and translate business challenges into requirements, future-state processes and practical solutions
• Identify and shape high-value AI, automation and digital opportunities across the business
• Define requirements for AI agents, Copilots, intelligent workflows and conversational solutions
• Partner with AI Centre of Excellence, stakeholders, tech specialists and vendors
• Lead business analysis from requirements through testing, implementation and adoption
• Support digital and Ecommerce initiatives that enhance customer experience and efficiency
• Develop business cases, assess benefits and ROI, and translate insights into recommendations
• Help drive responsible AI adoption with governance, privacy, security and risk practices
