Job summary

Cuscal is seeking an AI Architect / Lead for an initial 12-month max term contract in Sydney. You will drive AI architecture across technology, data and business teams, turning opportunities into scalable, secure solutions.

The role involves designing, building and deploying AI, using LLMs and RAG, with strong governance and integration across enterprise systems. You will lead software engineering efforts, collaborate with stakeholders, and embed Responsible AI principles while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise AI solutions for secure, scalable environments.
• Strong architecture documentation and governance skills.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG and tooling orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy and support AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Act as AI architect and tech lead for key initiatives.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation solutions using enterprise data.
• Integrate AI apps with APIs, databases and business systems.
