Job summary

The HR Ally seeks an experienced AI Security Architect to design secure, scalable AI-driven solutions for enterprise environments in Australia. This 12-month contract requires 10+ years of experience and deep expertise in AI security, governance, and data protection.

You will evaluate platforms, implement Responsible AI and privacy-by-design, align with security standards, and guide engineers, BAs and stakeholders through delivery from design to deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI security architecture.
• Experience with cloud security in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design secure AI/ML solutions aligned with business, technical and security requirements.
• Develop architecture and solution designs aligned with enterprise security and governance standards.
• Evaluate AI platforms, LLMs, RAG and agentic architectures, including security risks.
• Apply Responsible AI, privacy-by-design and AI security principles.
• Identify and mitigate risks across data, identity, access control and AI models.
• Work closely with stakeholders, BAs, architects and engineering teams throughout delivery.
• Conduct prototypes/POCs and provide evidence-based technology recommendations.
• Contribute to solution costing, architecture reviews and the AI/security roadmap.
