Job summary

Gallagher AU is seeking a qualified lawyer to manage a portfolio of Liability and Safeguarding Claims, delivering strong advocacy and optimal outcomes for clients on complex matters.

You will provide technical claims support to clients, brokers and account teams, assess coverage, interpret policy wordings, and negotiate with insurers and stakeholders to secure favorable results.

Qualifications

• Qualified Lawyer with 3+ years' experience in personal injury, litigation, liability, or safeguarding matters.
• Strong understanding of claims management, policy coverage, and achieving optimal client outcomes.
• Proven stakeholder management, negotiation, mediation, and advocacy skills.
• Experience building trusted relationships with clients, insurers, brokers, lawyers, and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Liability and Safeguarding Claims, delivering strong advocacy and optimal outcomes for clients.
• Provide claims advice and technical support to clients, brokers, and account management teams.
