Job summary

Gallagher on the Gold Coast is seeking a qualified Lawyer with 3+ years' experience in personal injury, litigation, liability, or safeguarding matters to manage Liability and Safeguarding Claims and advocate for clients.

You will provide claims advice, assess coverage, negotiate with insurers, and build strong relationships with clients, insurers, lawyers and service providers while delivering timely documentation.

• Ensure timely, accurate claims management, documentation, and service delivery in line with Gallagher processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes, support business initiatives, and stay informed on industry and legal developments.

• Qualified Lawyer with 3+ years' experience in personal injury, litigation, liability, or safeguarding matters.
• Strong understanding of claims management, policy coverage, and achieving optimal client outcomes.
• Proven stakeholder management, negotiation, mediation, and advocacy skills.
• Experience building trusted relationships with clients, insurers, brokers, lawyers, and other key stakeholders.
• Resilient, client-focused professional with the ability to manage sensitive matters and deliver exceptional service.
