Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture an established portfolio of customer accounts.
• Build long-term relationships and act as the primary contact for customers.
• Understand customer requirements and ensure high levels of service.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and manage pricing/quotations.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and production to meet expectations.
• Handle contract renewals and customer inquiries effectively.
• Proactively resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities when possible.
