ABN Group's Home Collective is seeking a passionate Selections Manager to lead the Selections team on a full-time, 12-month fixed term basis. You'll guide consultants across colour and selections consultations, collaborating with Retail Building Consultants and product specialists to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will develop team capability, improve processes and drive continuous improvement in the selections journey, ensuring product knowledge stays current and customers are

Qualifications

Experience leading selections or interior design teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to coach and develop others.
Passion for design and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Selections team, through coaching, training and performance management to foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
Drive an exceptional customer experience by overseeing colour and selections consultations and managing appointment capacity.
Build team capability and product knowledge on designs, trends and the broader building process.
Manage workflow planning, documentation accuracy and service delivery metrics.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and the customer journey.
