Job summary

ABB is seeking a Segment Lead in Australia to drive growth of Low Voltage solutions for Data Centre and Defence markets. You will shape the go-to-market strategy, cultivate a robust sales pipeline, and build strong relationships with customers, developers, and partners to position ABB as the preferred solutions provider.

This senior role requires deep LV knowledge, strategic insight, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams across divisions to deliver compliant, customer-focused

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Low Voltage electrical systems in Data Centre and Defence.
• Track record of growing revenue pipelines and GTM strategies.
• Strong engagement with customers, partners and internal teams.
• Able to balance short- and long-term market objectives.
• Degree in Engineering or Business; postgraduate studies preferred.
• Current NSW driver’s license and Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ABB’s go-to-market strategy for Data Centre and Defence sectors.
• Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through disciplined opportunity management and forecasting.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with customers, developers, investors, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
• Collaborate across internal teams and industry stakeholders to deliver compliant, customer-focused solutions.
