Job summary

MSS Security in Canberra is seeking a Training Coordinator to coordinate and deliver operational and accredited training for guarding teams and client-stakeholders. You will report to the General Manager in the Defence portfolio and travel regularly across ACT, NSW, and VIC.

You will develop learning strategies, maintain a national training calendar with local RTOs, create client-specific resources and coach staff in adult learning concepts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar training coordination role.
• Strong ability to design and deliver accredited training.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver operational and accredited training.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to set learning priorities.
• Develop a national training calendar with RTO partners.
• Coach staff in adult learning principles and practices.
• Manage multiple online learning systems.
