Millennium Services Group is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead a team at a high-traffic retail centre in Erina, Central Coast, NSW. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safety and a welcoming environment for customers and staff, and manage incident responses.

Responsabilités

About the Role

Millennium is looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to lead our team at one of Erina's busiest retail shopping centres in Central Coast, NSW.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Security Supervisor or a strong Senior Security Officer looking to take the next step into leadership. You'll play a key role in leading a team, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently every day.

As the Security Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers, retailers, and staff.

ROLSTER: Tuesday to Saturday 08:00 am to 17:00pm

Total remuneration of $100,000 plus superannuation

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of 15-20 Security Officers.
• Managing daily security operations and ensuring smooth site coverage.
• Monitoring the Control Room, CCTV and alarm systems.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client and centre management.
• Responding to incidents and coordinating emergency responses.
• Managing reports, site documentation and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Conducting site patrols and identifying potential risks.
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and coaching of new team members.
• Promoting a positive safety culture and high standard of customer service.

About You

We're looking for someone who is confident, approachable and enjoys leading people.

You’ll ideally have:

• Current NSW Security Licence (essential).
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• Previous experience in a Security Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Security Officer role.
• Experience in retail or shopping centre security is highly regarded, but not essential.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience building positive client and stakeholder relationships.
• Sound computer skills and the ability to complete reports.
• Coordinate rostering to ensure the site is covered and shifts run smoothly
• Sound knowledge of compliance and administrative processes
• A professional attitude with a strong focus on customer service and safety.
• A proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
