Millennium Services Group is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead security operations at a premium shopping centre location in Doncaster, VIC. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, safety standards, and strong client relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage a hands-on security team, oversee control room and CCTV operations, report to the Regional Manager, and drive risk mitigation and customer service excellence across shifts.

Formación

• Current and valid Security Licence is essential.
• Current and valid Driver's Licence is essential.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of Security Officers.
• Oversee daily operations of the site control room and CCTV systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
• Report directly to the Regional Manager.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate security and operational risks.
• Respond effectively to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance.
• Implement engagement and de-escalation strategies when dealing with persons of interest.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Operate communication equipment, including two-way radios.
• Provide assistance, directions, and customer service to patrons and visitors.
• Promote and maintain workplace health, safety, and compliance standards.
• Complete incident reporting and maintain accurate records in client systems.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new team members.

Millennium is seeking an experienced and motivated Security Supervisor to lead our security operations at one of our premium shopping centre locations in Doncaster, VIC.

Roster

Day Shift

• Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Current and valid Security Licence (essential).
• Current and valid Driver's Licence.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Security Supervisor or Security Management role.
• Previous retail or shopping centre security experience (highly desirable).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Professional presentation and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative capabilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and punctuality.
• Reliable transport (preferred).
