• Develop site-specific security procedures to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular team briefings, drills, and training sessions.
• Maintain incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Perform investigations as required.

The Opportunity

Securecorp is currently seeking a professional and experienced Security Supervisor to join our dedicated team at a prestigious corporate site located in the CBD.

Roster

07:00-04:30 (Mon - Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and mentor a team of staff to ensure high levels of performance, training, and motivation.
• Oversee daily security operations including access control, CCTV monitoring, patrolling, and incident management.
• Manage site rosters and workforce coverage to ensure contractual requirements are met, while monitoring and supporting site and team KPIs to drive performance and operational outcomes.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for all security-related matters, collaborating closely with client leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and refine site-specific security procedures to reduce risk and enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular team briefings, drills, and training sessions to ensure preparedness and compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Perform thorough investigations as required.
• Ensure compliance with Securecorp’s policies, procedures, and the client’s global security standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Hold a current and valid VIC Security License (Control Room Endorsed)
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leader position within a complex facility.
• Strong people-management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team of officers
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and resilience
• A collaborative working style and the ability to build effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
• Sound operational judgement and the confidence to make decisions in dynamic situations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including incident reporting and stakeholder updates
• A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with the ability to identify and implement practical solutions
• Drivers License.
• First Aid and CPR certification (current).
• Evidence of annual Influenza vaccination and Hepatitis B vaccination (mandatory).
