Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and incident management experience are essential, as is a current WA Security Licence and driver's licence.

• Manage delivery of security services across client sites.

• Conduct site inspections, audits and performance reviews.
• Handle incidents, complaints and client requests professionally.
• Ensure adherence to security procedures and client requirements.
• Monitor staff performance and compliance.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Prepare reports, rosters, and operational updates.
