Job summary

Millennium Services Group seeks a Security Account Manager to lead a large mobile team across multiple client sites in Western Australia. You will build strong client relationships, drive service delivery to a premium standard and manage KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach security supervisors and officers, coordinate staffing, conduct site visits, and oversee incident handling and reporting to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients and employees as well as connecting with key business stakeholders. This role will be responsible for managing a large team of employees across a varied client base, liaising with the client at multiple levels, managing contract KPI’s, deliverables, implementing site specific operational systems, procedures and ensuring a premium standard of delivery is achieved.

This role is ultimately responsible and accountable for the delivery of these services 24/7 within your portfolio of clients, with the assistance of an experienced Management team we will ensure the ongoing delivery onsite and drive continual improvement. In this role you will deliver success by:

• Managing the delivery of security services across multiple client sites.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Leading, coaching and supporting Security Supervisors and Security Officers.
• Ensuring sites are adequately staffed and operational requirements are consistently met.
• Conducting regular site inspections, audits and performance reviews.
• Managing incidents, complaints and client requests professionally and promptly.
• Ensuring security procedures, post orders and client requirements are understood and followed.
• Monitoring staff performance, attendance, presentation and compliance.
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Preparing reports, rosters, operational updates and other required documentation.
• Identifying operational risks and implementing appropriate improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, licensing requirements, company policies and client standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Security Account Manager, Security Operations Manager, Security Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of security operations and best-practice procedures.
• Demonstrated experience managing security personnel and client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• The ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• A professional approach to customer service and stakeholder management.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Good computer literacy and administrative skills.
• A current WA Security Licence.
• A current driver's licence.
