Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a security supervisory or similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate frontline teams.
• Strong operational judgement and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong customer service focus and confidence engaging with the public.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting capabilities.
• Reliability, punctuality and commitment to high operational standards.
• Confidence using technology and security systems.
• Availability to work across a rotating 24/7 roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and coordinate frontline Security Rangers during daily operations.
• Prepare operational shift briefs and conduct pre‑shift team briefings.
• Allocate and coordinate resources to support operational requirements.
• Provide direction during incidents, emergencies and other situations.
• Promote professionalism, presentation, customer service and performance.
• Support team members with day‑to‑day guidance and coaching.
• Communicate with management, stakeholders and other teams.
• Deliver professional customer service and visitor engagement.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor safety of people and assets.
• Identify and respond to safety and security risks.
• Act as first responder to incidents and emergencies.
• Operate and monitor control room, surveillance and security tech.
• Manage access control requirements and document incidents.
• Complete incident reports and operational records.
