Job summary

ACESGroup is seeking a Security Ranger Supervisor in Sydney to lead from the front, directing daily operations and supporting frontline Rangers to deliver a professional, proactive security presence for visitors and the community.

You will coordinate shift briefs, respond to incidents, monitor security systems, manage access, and ensure high standards of presentation and customer service while mentoring team members on safety and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a security supervisory or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate frontline teams.
• Strong operational judgement and calm under pressure.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication.
• Strong reporting and attention to detail.
• Professional presentation and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and coordinate frontline Security Rangers during daily operations.
• Prepare operational shift briefs and conduct pre-shift team briefings.
• Allocate and coordinate resources to support operational requirements.
• Provide direction during incidents and emergencies.
• Promote professionalism, customer service and operational performance.
• Coach and support team members in day-to-day matters.
• Communicate with management and stakeholders.
• Deliver professional visitor engagement and service.
