This hands-on leadership role manages a team of around 80 security personnel, focusing on operational performance and client service delivery.

Responsibilities include incident response, site audits, risk assessments, and developing security staff. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a solid security background.

Qualifications

• Experience as Security Manager or Security Supervisor with proven leadership.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Sound knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Australian citizenship is required (as stated in the job ad).
• Current Australian security licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 80 security officers.
