Job summary

MSS Security is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee security operations across multiple high-profile client sites in the Huntingwood region. This hands-on leadership role manages a team of approximately 80 security personnel, with responsibility for operational performance, client relationships and service delivery.

You will lead and develop security staff, ensure compliance with procedures, and drive high standards of service at a range of client sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Manager, Security Supervisor or similar with proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Sound knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Must be an Australia Citizen
• Current Australian security licence
• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Security clearance desirable, but not essential (must be able to obtain)

What We’re Looking For
