Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate security officers and support personnel.
• Allocate duties and manage daily security operations.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback to security staff.
• Conduct shift briefings, toolbox talks, and staff meetings.
• Conduct regular site inspections and security audits.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
• Attend client meetings and provide operational updates.
• Ensure compliance with Security Licensing NSW and WHS regulations.
• Track deadlines, certifications, training requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice security operations.
