Trident Services Australia Pty is seeking Retail Security Officers for Wynnum & Cleveland. Roles cover busy retail sites across Redlands Coast, with a $1,500 retention bonus after probation. We offer both full-time (38 hrs/week) and part-time (24 hrs/week) rosters, across Wynnum and Cleveland areas.

The position requires a current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control, First Aid/CPR, and strong communication. You will patrol, monitor CCTV, handle incidents, and document reports with integrity.

Qualifications

• QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control is required.
• First Aid and CPR certificates are required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
• Professional presentation and high integrity are required.
• Availability to work the advertised roster is essential.
• Driver's Licence and reliable transport are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft and ensure safety.
• Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV for suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and medical situations.
• Apply First Aid and CPR when required.
• Control access to restricted areas and loading docks.
• Resolve conflict using calm de-escalation techniques.
• Complete accurate incident reports and security documentation.
