Job summary

Securecorp is seeking a Security Officer / Control Room Operator for a 4 on / 4 off roster at a Helensvale site on the Gold Coast. The role involves 12-hour shifts, CCTV control room duties, and high-level security alongside customer service, with annual award reviews and EAP access.

The successful candidate will hold current security and control room licences, plus First Aid & CPR, and must be flexible for night shifts and weekends. This is a full-time position with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Security Licence.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of security and customer service.
• Guard, patrol, monitor and control assigned premises.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms and calls for assistance.
• Assess and manage situations of risk.
• Conduct access control duties.
• Perform CCTV control room operations.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate data logs.

Security Officer / Control Room Operator

Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response at a retail site based in Helensvale.

This is a full-time permanent position working a 4 days on / 4 days off roster, consisting of 12-hour shifts across days and nights. The role is paid at Level 4 under the Security Services Industry Award, plus First Aid allowance.

Roster

• S3 control room position, 4on / 4off roster - 2 days/2 night : 0600-1800 & 1800-0600

Key Responsibilities
