Job summary

Millennium Services Group is seeking a security professional to deliver high-standard service, maintain safety, and build positive relationships with clients, retailers, and visitors. You will support daily site operations, respond to incidents, monitor CCTV/alarm systems, and maintain a professional security presence across the site.

Responsibilities include patrols, incident reporting, SOP adherence, and delivering exceptional customer service while upholding security standards.

Qualifications

• A current Security Licence.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• A current RSA certification or willing to obtain one
• Previous security experience, with retail or shopping centre experience highly regarded.
• Experience monitoring CCTV, Control Room operations and alarm systems preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety.
• A reliable, professional and punctual work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a visible and professional security presence across the site.
• Conducting regular patrols and identifying potential risks or hazards.
• Monitoring Control Room operations, CCTV and alarm systems (preferred experience).
• Responding to incidents, emergencies and requests for assistance in line with procedures.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, retailers and site stakeholders.
• Completing incident reports, site documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• Following Standard Operating Procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Supporting a safe, secure and welcoming environment for customers, staff and visitors.
• Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring security standards are maintained.
