The Role

Millennium is currently seeking a professional, reliable, and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Box Hill, Vic. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic group of skilled and motivated professionals in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrolling designated areas to ensure the safety and security of people and property (High-End Shopping Centre)
• Providing a professional and courteous customer service experience
• Adhering to all relevant security protocols and procedures
• Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary support
• Assess and respond to situations of risk

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need

• A valid Security License
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification
• Previous experience in a retail environment (vast retail shopping experience highly regarded)
• Availability for day/night and weekday/weekend shifts
• A good level of physical fitness (patrols are part of the role)
• Reliable transportation (preferred)
• The ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• A proven track record of reliability and punctuality
