Job summary

ICC Sydney is seeking a Control Room Operator to join our Security Department on a full-time basis. You will monitor CCTV, manage access control and coordinate incident responses while engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.

The role requires 2-4 years in security, NSW Security Licence 1A, First Aid, RSA and valid working rights in Australia. The position operates on a 4 on, 4 off roster with 12-hour shifts and is based in Sydney's CBD near Darling Harbour.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of security experience desirable.
• NSW Security Licence 1A required.
• First Aid Certificate required.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate required.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Must be 18 years or over.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and manage access control.
• Coordinate incident responses with the security team.
• Liaise with stakeholders and provide calm, diplomatic advice.
