Job summary

ACESGroup is seeking a Security Contract Manager to connect clients, Service Managers and frontline teams, ensuring safe, efficient contract delivery and high standards across sites. You will oversee daily operations, maintain client relationships, support teams and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday with after-hours on-call. The role requires leadership, rostering, and strong communication to align with client expectations while leveraging

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years' management experience leading teams of 20+ personnel.
• Demonstrated experience managing security operations in fast-paced environments.
• Strong rostering and workforce planning skills.
• Current NSW Security Licence (1A) - 2A highly regarded.
• First Aid/CPR certification and knowledge of safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
• Lead, mentor and support operational teams across one or more sites.
• Ensure contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.
• Oversee security operations including visitor services, asset protection, access control, crowd management and major events.
• Coach and develop supervisors and security personnel to achieve high performance.
• Monitor operational performance, quality and compliance across all areas of responsibility.
• Assist with rostering, workforce planning and operational coordination.
• Respond to operational issues and provide after-hours support when required.
• Use ACESGroup's technology platforms to enhance reporting, operational visibility and service delivery.
• Ensure contractual obligations, reporting requirements and compliance standards are consistently met.
