Job summary

ISEC is seeking experienced Corporate Security Officers to support a government client in Sydney’s CBD. Join a professional environment where vigilance, discretion and customer service are highly valued.

You will manage access, patrol, report incidents and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a safe workplace. NSW Security Licence Class 1A and First Aid/CPR are required; Australian citizens only; shifts are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am–5:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated security experience in corporate or government environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication, including accurate report writing.
• Current NSW Security Licence Class 1A.
• Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
• Australian Citizens only.
• Availability to work rostered shifts on business days, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am–5:30 pm.
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Baseline security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a professional security presence and delivering courteous, attentive customer service.
• Managing access for staff, visitors and contractors in accordance with site procedures.
• Building effective working relationships with client representatives, building management and other stakeholders.
• Conducting patrols, identifying security and safety risks, and taking appropriate action.
• Responding calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms and requests for assistance.
• Preparing accurate incident reports, maintaining records and providing clear shift handovers.
• Working collaboratively with your team to maintain consistent service and security standards.
