ISEC Security in Sydney CBD is seeking a professional and motivated roving Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious corporate high-rise site.

The role offers a structured pathway into a Control Room Operator position for the right candidate. Applicants must hold a current NSW Security Licence (Class 1A minimum) and a First Aid Certificate; you will patrol, monitor alarms, maintain incident reports, and support CCTV operations.

• Baton and Handcuff Certificate or willingness to obtain.

The Role

Conduct patrols across a corporate high-rise environment

Monitor and respond to alarms and incidents

Maintain registers and complete accurate incident reporting

Support control room operations and train on CCTV systems

Pays inline with the Security Services Industry Award – Security Officer Level 4

You will work a24/7 rotating roster (12-hour shifts)in a fast-paced, professional environment.

CurrentNSW Security Licence (Class 1A minimum)

Current First Aid Certificate

Strong customer service, communication and conflict resolution skills

Excellent grooming and presentation

Ability to work flexibly across a rotating roster

Baton and Handcuff Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Baseline National Security Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Highly Regarded

Experience in corporate high-rise or large control room environments

Experience withCCTV and electronic access control systems
