ISEC is seeking experienced Corporate Security Officers to support a government client in Sydney’s CBD. Join a professional environment where vigilance, discretion and customer service are highly valued.

You will manage access, patrol, report incidents and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a safe workplace. NSW Security Licence Class 1A and First Aid/CPR are required; Australian citizens only; shifts are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am–5:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated security experience in corporate or government environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication, including accurate report writing.
• Current NSW Security Licence Class 1A.
• Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
• Australian Citizens only.
• Availability to work rostered shifts on business days, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am–5:30 pm.
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Baseline security clearance.

About the Role

Full-time and casual opportunities are available, with shifts on business days, Monday to Friday, between 7.30 am and 5.30 pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a professional security presence and delivering courteous, attentive customer service.

About you

You are an experienced security professional who understands that effective corporate security requires vigilance, discretion and strong interpersonal skills. You can confidently explain access requirements, manage difficult situations respectfully and make sound decisions under pressure. In this role you will need to:

• Demonstrated security experience, ideally within a corporate, government or comparable professional environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication, including accurate report writing.
• Professional presentation, reliability and a calm, considered approach.
• Current NSW Security Licence appropriate to the duties, including Class 1A.
• Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
• Australian Citizens only.
• Availability to work rostered shifts on business days, Monday to Friday, between 7.30 am and 5.30 pm.
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Baseline security clearance.
