Leidos Australia is seeking an ICT Support Officer to provide first‑level, hands‑on support in a secure defence environment. You will assist users, manage hardware and software issues, and help maintain classified systems with established processes.

This role suits someone transitioning into ICT with a security clearance and a proactive problem‑solving mindset. You’ll work with GEO SPACES and cross‑functional teams to build practical ICT capability, deliver reliable user support, and contribute

Qualifications

• Current TSPV security clearance.
• Experience in Defence, intelligence or another secure operational environment.
• Interest in ICT career with ability to learn technologies and apply practical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with users and provide practical, customer‑focused technical support.
• Ability to follow established processes and work with classified systems and environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide first‑level ICT support across hardware, software, user accounts and connectivity, troubleshooting common issues and escalating more complex matters to technical specialists.
• Build practical experience across workstation builds, device deployments, user administration, endpoint maintenance, patching and routine system health activities.
• Deliver hands‑on support within secure facilities, including equipment setup, secure network patching, cabling, hardware replacement and direct assistance to users and operational teams.
• Work alongside systems, network, cyber and engineering specialists across GEO SPACES, developing broader ICT capability while following established processes for classified systems and information.
