Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking an ICT Support Officer for the GEO SPACES team to provide practical, secure ICT support in a Defence environment. You will handle first-level hardware and software support, user accounts, and connectivity while following strict security processes.

You will work with systems, network, cyber and engineering specialists to build broader ICT capability and maintain compliant operations in secure facilities. Australian citizenship and TSPV clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Current TSPV security clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a DISA/OSA.
• Experience working within Defence, intelligence or other secure operational environments.
• Interest in developing a career in ICT and learning new technologies while following structured security processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with users and provide practical, customer-focused technical support.
• Ability to follow established processes when handling classified systems and information.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support across hardware, software, user accounts and connectivity, troubleshooting and escalating complex issues to specialists.
• Build experience across workstation builds, device deployments, user administration, endpoint maintenance, patching and routine system health activities.
• Deliver hands-on support within secure facilities, including equipment setup, secure network patching and hardware replacement.
• Work with systems, network, cyber and engineering specialists across GEO SPACES to develop broader ICT capability while adhering to security protocols.
